Marketing
We have hard-working agents making a difference insureds every day and we're looking for motivated, self-starter, who is passionate about making a difference to them. Does this sound like you?
You will focus on the our appointments, technologies, initiatives and processes to help agents and their team members maximize sales opportunities. In addition you will engage with agents and their team members to influence the adoption of tools and business processes within agents offices.
Marketing Reps will be a work remotely position which requires the rep to work out of his/her home.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Facilitates established recruitment strategies to identify and recruit qualified candidates for State Farm Agent positions
- Explains agency opportunity to applicants, completes interviews, and conducts candidate assessment of interested candidates
- Leverages previously established relationships with colleges/universities and community organizations to identify and recruit qualified candidates
- Communicates all aspects of the Agency opportunity effectively to a variety of internal business partners (this may include creating, developing, and/or delivering presentations)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective at handling multiple assignments and tasks
- Strong relationship building skills
- Provides process support to assigned agents regarding high-priority marketing and technology initiatives
- Maintains a virtual agent office visits to provide process coaching
- Works with assigned market area leadership and business partners on executing strategic vision and business plans to align with company goals and priorities
- Plans, organizes and executes work within assigned area and is an accountable for meeting established goals and targets for high-priority initiatives
- Contributes to a work environment conducive to employee motivation, teamwork, superior customer service, quality, confidentiality, conflict resolution, and productivity
We Are Looking for Candidates With
- Past sales, marketing, and sales training experience is desired
- Working knowledge of our software and/or corporate technical training experience
- An understanding of our marketing systems, product lines, processes in the agent office environment. Influence agent execution of consistent processes to achieve their goals, grow their business, and exceed customer expectations
- Relationship building, self-starter, entrepreneurial skills and is driven
- Full knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, OneNote, Excel, and Word) or Google G Suite (Docs, Forms, Spreadsheet, Calendar)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong ability to coach others
- The aptitude to learn new systems and processes
- A passion to work with others one-on-one and in group settings, both in person and virtually

Insurance Sales Agent

Duties and Responsibilities of these roles may include:
- Successful completion of required training programs
- Knowing where to find the answers to a variety of insurance-related questions and helping the customer understand the next steps in the process
- Providing emergency assistance and taking detailed messages personnel as needed
- Providing a remarkable customer experience by communicating clearly, professionally and empathetically
- Communicating with customers in a courteous manner using approved scripts via phone or written correspondence
- Working in a collaborative team environment while meeting quality standards
- Maintain quality, accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environment
- Escalate problems or inquiries as needed
- Accountability to your team, work, and schedule
- Listen and communicate clearly, professionally and empathetically
- Work from established procedures, scripts and job aids and handle multiple computer applications while helping customers on the phone

What You Can Expect
HOURS OF OPERATION: 9AM-6PM Central 5 days a week work environment driven by our customer demands. Employees may be expected to work in irregular hours, weekends, and holidays based on workload and job requirements. Employees' work schedules may change based on business need. Multiple shift and roles are available and can include:
- Overnight and weekend shifts
- Part-time and full-time opportunities
- You will be asked to provide your shift availability during the application process.
SALARY: Subject to complexity of the openings with a starting salary of $15.00/hour PLUS COMMISSION. Merit reviews are conducted annually to reward associates with performance-based pay increases. As you continuously grow, your pay often grows too. Additionally, an annual bonus provides a way to reward eligible employees for their contributions and continuing commitment to the overall success of the State Farm® Companies goals.
TRAINING: Selected candidates must be available for mandatory, paid training that can last from 5 to 7 weeks, depending on the position. The training schedule will vary depending on the position selected for and the hours required for the role. The designated training hours will be shared with selected candidates.
TELEPHONE MONITORING: Positions are subject to telephone monitoring and/or recording for quality assurance and training purposes.

Insurance Customer Service Rep

A Customer Service Representative is one of the first contacts for all of our customers resulting in every employee’s contributions making a difference in the lives of our customers. The Customer Service Representative role includes answering insurance service questions and assisting with the selling of Reliable Insurance Managers products to all customers.
